Billing and cancellation principles
SaaS fees TORIA charges its tenants follow seven principles: fully published pricing at every tier, advance notice on usage-based charges, self-service cancellation, service continuity during billing disputes, free full data export at any time, month-to-month default terms, and a minimum 7-day validity on time-limited links.
